Methods & Industrialization Engineer | Rabat (Morocco)

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Leading industrialization projects for new civil engine repairs, from feasibility study to commissioning.
• Translating the requirements of manufacturers and the design office (BE) into industrial workshop processes.
• Defining repair procedures and work instructions.
• Qualifying means and tooling (equipment, machines, tools).

Missions:

• Write repair procedures, work instructions, and technical files.
• Establish the quality plan, resource management plan, and technical facts, anomalies, or evolution management plan.
• Ensure weekly reporting through Flash Reports and Scorecards.
• Manage the project dashboard (action tracking, blocking points, risk analysis, OQD/OTD indicators).
• Write meeting minutes (CR) for launch, progress, and closure reviews.

Graduated with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Industrialization, Production, or Aeronautics, or with equivalent significant experience.

Experience: 3 to 8 years of successful experience in Methods, Industrialization, or R&D, ideally in the aeronautics, space, or high-precision automotive sector.
