The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from their launch to their implementation. He/She ensures adherence to deadlines, budgets, deliverable quality, and set objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead the entire project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop schedules, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure budget monitoring and resource optimization.
Team Coordination
• Coordinate internal teams (editorial, product, technical, marketing, design, sales, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between different stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings.
Monitoring and Reporting
• Produce dashboards and progress reports.
• Identify risks and propose corrective action plans.
• Ensure deadlines and strategic priorities are met.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement suitable project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods).
• Participate in improving user experience and digital products.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Management, Project Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in digital media, web platforms, or a technological environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of digital projects and web/mobile environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in office and reporting tools.
