We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservation requests, ensuring accuracy, and delivering a high level of service in line with Mazagan and LQA standards.

Responsibilities :

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and reservation systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Prepare and send booking confirmations, and manage modifications, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and deposit requirements to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for VIP guests and special requests.

Profile :

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service within hospitality is an asset.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Good command of PMS and reservation systems with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
