As they continue to innovate within the lead generation space, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage and optimize inbound leads generated from their successful cold email outbound campaigns.


This role is ideal for dynamic individuals with diverse career backgrounds in Sales, Copywriting, or Cold Outbound Email Marketing, offering opportunities for both junior and senior candidates.


Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), Flexible Hours


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads to determine potential opportunities for business growth.


  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through timely and effective communication, answering their queries, providing information, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.


  • Outcome Negotiation: Guide qualified leads towards agreeing on specific outcomes such as signing up for a product trial or scheduling a detailed product demonstration.


  • Response Management: Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand alignment in all interactions.


  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to streamline the transition of nurtured leads into the sales pipeline.


  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights back to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to refine and optimize outbound strategies.


What Success Looks Like:


  • Effective Lead Conversion: You have successfully converted a high percentage of inbound leads into agreed outcomes, demonstrating strong negotiation and persuasion skills.


  • High Lead Engagement: Through your efforts, there is a noticeable increase in lead engagement and satisfaction, evidenced by positive feedback and a high rate of lead retention.


  • Strategic Input: Your feedback has led to significant improvements in the outbound campaign strategies, enhancing overall lead quality and conversion rates.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Diverse Background: Experience in Sales, Copywriting, or Cold Outbound Email Marketing. Open to various career levels, from junior to senior.


  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value and address customer inquiries.


  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead behavior and tailor interactions to increase the likelihood of conversion.


  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, ideally with a strong understanding of lead tracking and management systems.


  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment where flexibility and continuous learning are valued.
