Software Engineer Java/react | Rabat (Morocco)

Within our project teams, you will be involved in the development and evolution of Full Stack Java / React business applications for major clients, in complex technical environments. As a Software Engineer, your main tasks will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend Java and frontend React applications.
• Participate in the analysis of functional needs and the technical design of solutions.
• Implement modern architectures (REST API, microservices...).
• Ensure code quality through best development practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (QA, DevOps, architects, business stakeholders) in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance and quality.
• Be proactive in technical choices and application evolutions.

• Graduate of a Bac+4/+5 in computer science or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of 5 years or more in Full Stack Java / React development.
• Very good command of Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and React (Hooks, Redux or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of modern web architectures (REST API, microservices) and relational databases.
• Comfortable in an Agile environment.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and team spirit.
