🚨 We're Hiring | Ammonia Shift Coordinator | Oman
We are currently supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ammonia Shift Coordinator to join a leading industrial operation in Oman.
We are looking for professionals with strong Ammonia plant operations experience who can lead shift activities, coordinate between operations and maintenance teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
Key requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical & Process Engineering
✅ 10+ years of operational experience within process industries
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Panel Operator
✅ Strong experience in Ammonia plant operations, including startups, shutdowns, and emergency situations
✅ Hands-on experience coordinating between CCR/Panel Operators, Field Operators, and Maintenance teams
✅ Strong understanding of process safety, HSE standards, and operational troubleshooting
