Key Responsibilities

• Assist with litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and dispute advisory matters.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, legal research notes, and case summaries.
• Prepare evidence bundles and support case file management.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and internal strategy discussions where required.
• Monitor deadlines and support senior lawyers in case preparation.
   

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or legal professional with dispute resolution experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Omani court procedures would be advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple matters.
• Arabic language capability preferred.
