Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Supervise multiple construction projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and uphold quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot project challenges, devising effective solutions to maintain momentum.
  2. Team Collaboration:
    • Drive inter-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between design, procurement, and construction teams.
    • Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is translated accurately on the ground.
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all projects are compliant with local construction standards and regulations.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost savings.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to align project strategies with company financial objectives.
  5. Safety & Compliance:

Qualifications & Experience:


  1. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

  4. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
