Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Workday environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
