Job Description
  • Recruitment and Acquisition:


    • Manage recruitment channels and oversee the recruitment process for riders in the city.


    • Meet monthly acquisition targets to fulfill the supply gap and ensure operational efficiency.


    • Explore and develop new channels for acquisition.


  • Training and Development:


    • Develop and execute training programs for recruited riders to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.


    • Effectively lead a team of riders and provide ongoing support to resolve queries and concerns.


  • Operations Management:


    • Optimize and oversee delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.


    • Manage rider inventory and ensure adequate resources are available to meet demand.


  • Feedback and Engagement:


    • Maintain a feedback loop with riders to gather insights and continuously improve operations.


    • Foster engagement across the city among riders and partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.


  • Project Management:


    • Take on additional projects within the logistics domain, collaborating with other business units as needed.


    • Design and execute projects aimed at improving delivery operations and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.


  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience.


  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or food delivery industry.


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.


  • Project Management Experience is a plus.
