You’ll be responsible to provide direct support to riders at the hub office in the city.
In this partner facing role, you will be required to use available resources to maintain a service-oriented attitude towards our delivery partners.
Job requires exceptional negotiation skills & an ability to work under pressure.
As one of the brains behind delivery operations done by our delivery “heroes” and managed by our partner BPO, you will be responsible to own-the-problems and solve them one at a time for a systematic improvement.
You’ll be expected to bring improvement in Rider NPS and Rider Satisfaction (RSAT) scores.
