Job Summary**

Cyient, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves the design, analysis, and evaluation of various civil and structural components for diverse projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform structural analysis and design of foundations, steel structures, concrete elements, and other civil infrastructure components using relevant software and engineering principles.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineers, to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
* Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications from clients and third-party vendors.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare technical proposals and assist with cost estimations for structural components.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design and analysis for civil infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, or similar.
* Strong understanding of AISC, ACI, ASCE, and other relevant industry codes and standards.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
