Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, MySQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- In-depth knowledge of relational database management and query optimization with MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services provided by Amazon Web Services to deploy and manage applications.
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate with various front-end and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with application configuration, security best practices, and performance tuning in distributed environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
