- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Experience with integration of contact center solutions into existing business processes.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to contact center technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
