- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within and outside the team to enhance collaboration.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits, Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Workday application configuration and customization.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Workday modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
