As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to customization.
- Experience in scripting and automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application customization.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect DELMIA with other enterprise systems.
- Capability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
