Based at our Head Office in Karachi, these roles will focus on enhancing customer journeys within the Premium Banking segment. Successful candidates will play a key role in addressing the evolving banking needs of our premium clientele. Eligibility:

• Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute
• Qualification in Islamic finance is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum five years of relevant field experience

Responsibilities:

• Implementing premium customer engagement initiatives
• Conducting research to extract consumer insights
• Identifying and rectifying process flow gaps
• Minimizing customer complaints
• Enhancing end-to-end Turnaround Times (TAT)
• Facilitating customer focus groups
• Engaging stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial outcomes
