Responsibilities: 
1. Operational Management:

• Oversee all inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

2. Ultra Fresh Management:

• Supervise the sorting, grading, and packing of Ultra Fresh products to maintain quality and freshness.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent supply of high-quality Ultra Fresh products.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve distribution center operations.
• Utilize technology and automation to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.
• Collaborate with other departments to align DC operations with overall business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Distribution Center Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG and/or Ultra Fresh industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
