Skills: Identity Management & Access Governance: Sailpoint / IBM/ Oracle Access Management (Single Sign-on /Federation): Ping / Forerock/ IBM / Oracle Privileged Access Management: CyberArk/ Beyond Trust
Level 3 Identity & Access Management Production Support Engineer:
Hands on level 3 support engineer experience working on Identity and Access management platforms.
Mandatory experience in at least two of the three listed platforms:
Identity Management & Access Governance: Sailpoint / IBM/ Oracle
Access Management (Single Sign on /Federation): Ping / Forerock/ IBM / Oracle
Privileged Access Management: CyberArk/ Beyond Trust
Engineer should be able to demonstrate experience with production deployment in large complex environments should be able to contribute on design & build activities. Should have verifiable references hands on experience on Windows, Linux operating system & Java programming language. Good understanding of ITIL processes like Change Management, Incident Management & Problem Management.
Good experience on overall IT and security practices. Understand security standards & policies.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Certifications: Identity and Security related certifications.
