Lead E&I Engineer

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Lead E&I Engineer who should have some major specifications in extraction/validation of technical scope from Customer documentation/running applications related to software, hardware design and assembly & staging, FAT, SAT, etc.

• Proficiency in Hardware Designing & Implementation for Specialized Control Systems including DCS, SIS & FGS with expertise in Allen Bradley, Yokogawa & Honeywell Systems.
• Related experience in Wellhead Facilities including Wellhead Control Panels, Skids, and Solar Systems
• Well Aware of/Have a Conceptual Understanding of Major Industrial Standards being followed
• Understanding of Major Instrumentation being used and clarity on the working principle
• Understands/is Able to gather required Information from Customer Specifications (including Functional Requirement Specifications, P&IDs, C&Es, Drawings, Narratives, Philosophies, etc.)
• Have used appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Proficiency in usage of Procurement Tools (IPPS) along with coordination with Procurement related to obtaining/validating Vendor Quotations.
• Support in expediting & logistics, material receiving, packing & shipment related matters.
• Proficient in Software Design considerations for specialized Applications related to System(s) amongst PCS/SIS/F&G/ SCADA/ Industrial Data Networks/Communication Systems/PAGA Systems/CCTV/Computer Systems, etc.
• Have carried out/Supervised all activities related to Staging, Testing & FAT including development, compilation & presentation of Project/System specific FAT opening meeting document to the Client.
• Travel to project sites, other INTECH’s offices, and customers' offices (local/international) as per business requirements and/or when advised by management.

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Engineering field
• 10 years’ of work experience in international projects & engineering of Instrument & Control Systems
