Job Title: Oracle HCM Solution Architect 

As a HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions that meet the specific needs of an organization and partnering with consultants, clients, and team members to develop their skills and address performance challenges.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering HCM Cloud architecture strategy, with leading practices during HCM transformations
• Formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction aligned to business goals
• Working in collaboration with the teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions
• Leading testing and training programs
• Leading or supporting robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solution
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to consultants, clients and team members

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of HCM functionalities and best practices
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and project management methodologies.
• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
