Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant
As an Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant, you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Oracle Supply Chain Cloud consulting services, engaging with our clients through the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain & Financials projects.
- Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client’s needs and industry best practices.
- Comprehends business needs, captures both functional and technical requirements, transforms them into Oracle SCM Cloud module specifications, and aligns requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designs processes and formulates the solution blueprint for project implementation
- Configures the system, tests the solution with users
- Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support
- Working closely with internal teams and Oracle to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives
- Presenting project progress, risks, roadblocks and workaround in client meetings.
Qualifications: ACCA/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong SCM process and cross industry knowledge
- Knowledge of the process interactions with the Oracle Cloud Financials & CX modules
- Knowledge of the best of breed SCM Edge applications which can be associated with Oracle Cloud SCM as the digital core
- Passionate and driven about personal and professional growth
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
- Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
- Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
