We are seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer with experience in both the Power Sector and Oil & Gas Industry to join our dynamic team. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for crafting comprehensive proposals tailored to the unique needs of clients within these sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of technical requirements, project management, and industry standards to effectively communicate our capabilities and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals and bids for projects based on client requirements.
- Utilizing AutoCAD and other software to create detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for electrical/Mechanical systems.
- Collaborating with sales teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure proposals meet technical and financial objectives.
- Providing technical support and expertise during the proposal development process.
- Researching and recommending innovative solutions and technologies to enhance proposals.
- Reviewing project specifications, contracts, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communicating effectively with clients to address inquiries and clarify technical details.
- Participating in meetings and presentations to pitch proposals to clients.
- Continuously updating knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices related to engineering and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Proposal Engineer or similar role in the Power Sector and Oil & Gas Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of power generation systems, transmission and distribution networks, as well as oil & gas exploration, production, and processing.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in proposal development tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management platforms.
- Practical familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, enabling hands-on engagement with project schematics and plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is preferred).
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.
