About the role


The Regional Director serves as the market expert and territory owner for Pakistan, guiding the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. Working closely with sales teams and stakeholders, they provide essential market and account management advice. Additionally, they oversee the region-wide Navitas recruitment team, fostering long-term relationships with schools and leveraging multiple sales channels for student recruitment. This role emphasizes driving a corporate culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance while overseeing operational needs within the region.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual student recruitment targets across all divisions.
  • Provide expert market insights and data to support business case development for regional investment decisions.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance office culture within a global matrix.
  • Lead a retention-focused agenda, ensuring compliance with destination-country visa regulations.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and government bodies.
  • Develop and oversee the operational budget, ensuring compliance with HR, finance, and property requirements.
  • Set and monitor staff KPIs, coaching team members to achieve enrollment growth and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to maintain relationships with agency partners.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing strategies across divisions and recruitment channels within the region.

Job requirements


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant marketing and sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of regional business culture and mentality.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with international education industry and visa processes, particularly for Australia, UK, Canada, and USA
  • Exceptional team leadership abilities, driving staff to meet targets.
  • Innovative and proactive with keen attention to detail and sales opportunities.
  • Proven track record in initiating and implementing effective account and channel management strategies.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings to support recruitment activities locally and internationally.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
