Should be able to create an account plan and build and implement technology sales strategies.
Deep Understanding of modern IT technologies, including but not limited to IT-managed service models, Infrastructure (Data centers, Routers, Switches, CBC, billing systems), ERP and cloud business applications (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), IT solutions for smart governance and cities, digital transformation needs of the industry.
Able to sell Managed services, Applications, infrastructure services, etc. to the Financial Sector (FSI), manufacturer industry, and SMB customers.
Should be able to map customer requirements from RFPs, BOMs, BOQs, and public tender documents with the appropriate solution and be able to present the solution to the customer.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients with a customer-centric approach.
Have a proven record of healthy Account Management and relationships.
Should be able to handle C-level engagements.
Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products for both management and external stakeholders.
Must have the ability to Upsell and Cross-sell.
Focus on deal closures, pipeline generation, and sales forecasting with a growth mindset.
