Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire a skilled, curious, and passionate Software QA Engineer(Manual + Automation) who wants to make a difference. The SQA Engineer steers dubizzle’s manual and automated testing activities to assure that excellent quality, standards, and practices are maintained for all our projectsIn this role, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of all the current functions of the application development &release processes
•         Review requirements and provide feedback
•         Validate Analytics and Adpos tasks manually and via automation scripts
• Should have a clear understanding of standards and practices in Manual QA as well as QA Automation.
• Discover bugs within the software
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
• Be up to date with best practices and standards in Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality releases consistently
• Be proficient in creating Test Plans/Scope/Cases/Scenarios/Data etc
• Well-versed with Defect Management Practices
• Agreeing standards and defying quality procedures in conjunction with other QA team members
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Maintains a balance between exploratory testing and a scripted test plan
