Job Title: Sr. People Associate


Experience: 4+ years


Responsibilities


As a Senior Associate People Success, you will be a key driver in fostering a culture of growth,


engagement, and achievement within the company. Reporting to the VP People &


Culture, you will be responsible for initiatives in Learning & Development, Talent Management,


and Performance Management to ensure the career success, performance coaching and


managing learning needs of our people.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Learning & Development:


Run TNAs for all employees across the group companies.


Plan, develop & execute learning programs that empower employees to enhance their


skills and capabilities in line with the business.


Conduct needs assessments and design learning solutions to address identified gaps.


Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven


recommendations for continuous improvement.


2. Talent Management:


Conduct effective talent reviews to progressively manage talent availability, succession


planning.


Manage talent repository for all employees in talent management software..


Identify key talent and assist in talent development & retention strategy execution.


Drive talent development initiatives to manage high-potential talent for leadership roles.


3. Performance Management


Assist in implementing the performance management system across


companies by ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Assist performance managers in conducting effective and meaningful performance


feedback sessions.


Assist People & Culture department leadership team in identifying performance


management & measurement challenges and lead performance improvement projects.


Prepare and present regular reports on learning and development, talent management,


and performance metrics to senior leadership.


Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative


solutions into people's success initiatives.


REQUIREMENT :


  • 5 years of experience.
  • Location: Islamabad
  • Timings: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
  • Salary: 150k
