Technical Project Manager - Karachi

Our client product is used by some of the worlds largest heavy equipment manufacturers, renters and resellers, It is an enterprise-grade. SaaS platform that provides a new way to remarket used equipment. Subscriber-branded, it helps customers sell faster, improve revenues and scale both brands and businesses. It enables customers to manage the process and keep direct control of their network, data and processes. Their enterprise leverages network effects to provide customers with greater reach to high-intent buyers, converts them faster, reduces conversion costs and improves sales revenues. With full end-to-end control over sales data plus It built-in analysis, customer analytics and forecasting customers can generate actionable insights and influence buyer behavior.

Job Description:

• Leading the project team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product goals, scope and deliverables.
• Creating product / project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensuring they are adhered throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring work-in-progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum & waterfall).
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
• Ensuring that all code and development practices adhere to enterprise industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Conducting regular code reviews and providing feedback to the development team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  
• Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure proper software product life cycle is applied with excellent project management techniques.
• Ensure significant software design patterns and principles are applied in all the areas of the domain.
• You are expected to be self-driven, self-managed with good time management skills and positive mind set.
  
• Collaborate well with other team members to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep up to date with the latest software and product trends and technologies.
• Implement delivery plans, timely bugs fixing management implementation.
  
• Make proper use of Project management and source control tools / databases and cloud computing platforms.
• Work with the team to develop and maintain product documentation.
  
• You are expected to be great at Tech planning / documentation / ensure quality assurance / make plan to mitigate risks and leading the team from the front.
• You are expected to have excellent communication with the clients (written & verbal) as you will be representing the Company.
  
  Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years +) in project management within a technical environment.
  
• Fluent in English.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, waterfall etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Experience: 3-5 years
Work Timings: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Fortune Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi 75400, Pakistan.
