As a Field Technical Service Specialist, you will be the face of the Service and Repair team across our medical product range for our customers in the Central Punjab region. This is a home-based position and traveling to customers within a given geographical territory is required.
The focus is pointed to Surgical Innovations, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Patient Monitoring and Respiratory products. You will repair equipment breakdowns and perform technical services. For this role, you will be expected to be located in Lahore- Pakistan.
A Day in the Life
• Provide all technical service repair and maintenance Medtronic medical devices at customer site.
• Provide remote and on-site support for new installation, Field Action, software update, PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance) and assist in technical support users.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints within the designated territory
• Prove appropriate communications with internal and external customers and stake holders to ensure resolutions and proper follow up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Be 100% complaint with quality management procedures and trainings.
• Complete all Corrective Field Actions within territory by due date.
• Deliver customer effort score to measure engagement and loyalty for direct customers.
• Travel in country and international travelling for training, when required.
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree engineering (Bio-Medical / Electronics)
• Full Driving license required
• Fluent/advanced English language
• Ability to read and understand technical service manuals
• Field service experience and service ability
Nice to Haves
• 3-4 years or more experience as Field service engineer for medical devices
• Experience with ICU (Incentive Care Unit) ventilators, patient monitoring, electrosurgical diathermy, Cardiovascular Cardiac Ablation system and neurosurgery navigation equipment.
• Relevant experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electronic or electromechanical in a field service role.
