Position Purpose:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. The objective is to inspire and attract a target audience. For this, the individual needs to have a creative flair and a strong ability to create requirements into design

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  
• Certification(s): NA
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a web & graphic designer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage graphic designs throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  

  
  

• Generate innovative and fresh design concepts, staying updated with industry trends and developments.
  

  
  

• Design and develop various graphic materials including product illustrations, logos, websites, advertisements, social media posts, event promotions, vehicle decals, and other marketing collateral.
  

  
  

• Utilize creativity, expertise, and experience to produce visually appealing designs.
  

  
  

• Create web pages, brochures, signage, logos, magazine covers, annual reports, and other communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, ensuring client satisfaction.
  

  
  

• Test and enhance website design, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  

  
  

• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
  

  
  

• Review final layouts, making improvements as necessary to meet project objectives.
  

  
  

• Stay current with advancements in image editing software and technology upgrades.
  

  
  

• A robust portfolio showcasing design projects and expertise.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  

  
  

• Strong visual acuity and attention to detail.
  

  
  

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
