Job Title: Lead Primary Engineer (Manager Level)

Summary
Seeking a senior Lead Primary Engineer with strong substation design expertise and leadership experience to drive engineering delivery and manage teams for international projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver primary design for substations (HV systems)
• Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with international standards
• Review designs, drawings, and specifications
• Manage and mentor engineering teams
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Support project planning, execution, and client engagement

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years of substation primary design experience
• Proven team management and hands-on design capability
• Experience in projects across Australia, USA, and Canada
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards
• We are seeking candidates currently based in the Philippines with the right to work locally, due to project requirements and mobility considerations
