Job Location: Bataan
Work Schedule: 6 working days per week
Status: Contract 12 months + possible extension as per project requirement
 

Core Responsibilitie

• Financial Management: Develop project financial plans, manage budgets, process invoicing, and track daily expenditures
• Scheduling & Time Tracking: Establish project timelines, map milestones, and monitor daily progress against the schedule
• Risk & Change Control: Identify potential cost overruns or delays, evaluate risks, and enforce protocols for managing scope changes
• Data & Reporting: Provide data-driven analytics and prepare financial forecasts and status reports for stakeholders and executives
• Compliance: Ensure projects align with corporate governance, financial regulations, and tax compliance

Key Skills & Requiremen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any Engineering Degre
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' work experience in project accounting, cost engineering, or financial analysis
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of financial and project software (e.g., MS Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are highly desirable.
