As an Architect, you will play a key coordination role within the project team, supporting the Senior Architect in the delivery of complex architectural project. Your primary focus will be on managing design interfaces, ensuring consistency across disciplines, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and external consultants. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of architectural and engineering processes.

• Support the Senior Architect in day-to-day coordination of design activities and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between architecture and other disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, and systems) to ensure fully coordinated design packages.
• Track the progress of design submissions, responses, and approvals, ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules.
• Review and compile inputs from various disciplines before client submissions to verify completeness and consistency.
• Participate in coordination and technical meetings, documenting key decisions and following up on required actions.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and design review materials for client.
• Support in managing comments tracking (e.g., DRS), and documentation control related to architecture.
• Ensure that design outputs comply with project standards, codes, and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate tracking of architectural and multidisciplinary deliverables.
• Ensure coordination issues are identified early and resolved collaboratively.
• Provide consistent communication and reporting to the Senior Architect and Project Manager.
• Contribute to maintaining the quality and efficiency of design submissions.
• Support cross-team collaboration to achieve integrated project delivery.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Background:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments.
• A valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture is required. MMUP card evidence to be provided with the CV application.
• Experience in design and construction of major projects, including residential complex, residential and industrial buildings, interior and exterior design
• Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence Requirements, NFPA standards, etc.)
• Able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil works, MEP, ICT, etc.
• Proficient in architectural software: BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural software.
• Language: Full proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an asset
