Head Chef Roles in Qatar! – New Project

Salary Package: QAR 9000-12000 all inclusive

Start Date: Mid-September 2024

I am currently working with a growing international brand, and we are looking for native, experienced Head Chefs to join the team!

• You will be the Head Chef of the specified cuisine, leading, guiding the rest of the team.
• Propose and modify menus that meet quality standards.
• Ensure that high quality food is offered and maintaining high quality servings.
• Prepare observation reports, control the food cost, and maintain a list of targeted suppliers.
• Is creative, innovative and can take initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections with a high level of attention to detail.
• Good oral communication, team management skills and good level of numeracy.
• Enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge able to share it to the staff.
