The role holder will
primarily be responsible for managing the diaries and travel of the senior
Executives, in addition to offering general support to the Executives and to
the Business Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Vice President and other
senior executives’ diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements (in line with
internal policy);
Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow
up on required action items as required;
Assisting with the Vice President and other senior
executives’ expense claims in line with Policy;
Deputise for and support the Executive Administrators
and Business Support Manager as required.
The role holder may be required to carry out
additional duties within their skills, experience and capability.

Education
High School or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in similar role, working
with senior leaders, preferably in a multi-national organisation
