About the job HR Filing & eDocs Coordinator (3-6 months Contract)
Supervise, mentor, and monitor HR Administrators' operational tasks to ensure timely completion of filing works by digitizing documents into eDocs and maintain physical employee files.
In charge of filing operational works which include scanning and digitizing of documents, managing physical filing activities, provide employee information based on business requirements and engage to implement changes evolve for HR Filing for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Must have 2 years of experience in a large organization handling large volume of filing desirables
Must have supervisory experience with good exposure to systems/computers skills
Experience supporting eDocs & Kofax
Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office, database applications & preferably eDocs
