Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement overarching HR strategies that support the company's business goals and promote its culture and vision.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
Develop and monitor HR KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategies.
Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Design and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and alignment with company needs.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Collaborate with the executive team to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the tech or retail sectors.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage HR functions including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compensation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
