Job Summary
To ensure that the organization documents, Contracts, Correspondence letters, Agreement, Commercial documents, Samples, Method Statements, RFI, etc. are properly received and accurately recorded in a worthy manner which will be distributed internally/externally as per the approved distribution matrix to the concern departments, discipline, stakeholder, etc. To adopt company quality policy and procedures throughout service with the company, should be aware of basic standards which helps to maintain and follow the consistent methodology in projects.
Job Responsibilities
Leads / Coordinates a team of Document Controllers.
Sets up the Document Control system (procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.)
Runs & administrates the Document Control system for a project or department.
The first line of contact in the case of an escalation of a Document Control related issue.
Gatekeeper of the Document Control rules and procedures.
Clarification, arbitration, technical authority role regarding Document Control issues.
Job Knowledge & Skills
• Attention to detail. Decision-making. Self-awareness. Good communication. Good leadership and mentoring skills.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience (required)
Minimum 2 years in GCC (preferred)
