Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Promote overall wellness of sponsor/family by providing high quality nursing services.
Conduct routinary checkup of sponsor/family s to ensure their health in the workplace Excellent knowledge in conducting first aid and emergency care for various medical situations while waiting for professional medical technicians to arrive. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
Administer medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders
Make recommendations to the management about new healthcare initiatives that the company can implement to lower healthcare costs.
Maintain an organized documentation system for employees health files.
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and willing to attend the needs of the family in the palace. Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitals or as a private nurse for a VIP Family. (Preferably in the Gulf Region) Registered Nurse in the Philippines.( QCHP dataflow and prometric license in Qatar is an advantage.)
