Sr. Systems Analyst
Location: Qatar
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to act as a focal point for business process support and system optimization. The role involves supporting end-users, enhancing SAP and related systems, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line system support to engineering and project teams
• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Perform gap analysis, data analysis, and process optimization
• Liaise with ICT for system upgrades and enhancements
• Coordinate UAT, data migration, and system implementation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data models (Power BI, etc.)
• Support workflow automation and business process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field
• 8+ years experience in business systems and data analysis
• Strong experience in SAP (PS modules preferred)
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of business process modelling & workflow automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
