Accounts Receivable Specialist (Field Collector)



Location: Dammam

Contract: full time, permanent



The Field collector is responsible for the proactive evaluation, investigation, and timely collection of outstanding accounts receivables. The role leads customer accounts as defined by sales volume, credit exposure, risk and/ or other factor(s).

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:



· Proactively manage assigned accounts through the order to cash cycle to include collections, credit line administration and billing dispute identification and resolution.
· Follow-ups all required documents after delivery internally & externally.
· Serve as the single point of contact for inquiries, requests and issues related to accounts receivable for an assigned portfolio of customers.
· Dues follow-up closely specially with direct end -user " Govt & private entities" with field visits
· Perform customer reviews to ensure that accounts remain within the assigned credit limits as well as assess and mitigates financial risk and escalate to relevant stakeholder
· Motivate desired customer payment behavior through timely and insightful contact with customers. Employ collection technique and negotiation to improve cash flow and build a favorable financial relationship and customer experience.
· Collaborate internally with Sales, Supply Chain, etc. to respond to customer related inquiries. Participate in negotiations and contribute to cross-functional, end-to-end solutions to improve cashflow and the customer experience.
· Applying Debts Securitization
· Produce routine reports and make summaries for local & regional Management.
· Meet dashboard metrics related to Cash Collection
· Perform all I2C J&J procedures as required, in a timely manner.

Qualifications



We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
· Minimum High School Diploma or above.
· Minimum of 1 year of Field collections
· Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills.
· Arabic & English Language
· Microsoft Office – Intermediate skill level is required. Proficiency to utilize Excel charts, pivot tables, vlookup features.
· Process Excellence knowledge or certification would be useful.
· As a must, experience dealing with Govt. sector. Health care providers, pharmacies. Etc
· Car and Valid KSA driving Licenses.
· Saudi Nationality only can apply.
· Customer Service or Administrative function, or related, is preferred.
· Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, process orientation, strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, sense of urgency is preferred.
