Assistant Construction Manager (Golf & Equestrian)

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Assistant Construction Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Construction Manager for the Golf & Equestrian division, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects related to golf courses and equestrian facilities. • Assist in the planning and management of construction projects for golf courses and equestrian facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager.
• Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
