Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the Application Support Team on a day to day basis covering the whole spectrum of application and systems Support. Should have a good knowledge of the Banks’ systems, applications and supporting users and business areas with a customer focused ethos. He provides expertise in areas of application/software fixes, tuning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments, support and documentation of standards and procedures for the administration and maintenance of all supported environments. Handling the production issues with Semi Government Institutions and Service Providers (SADAD and SIMAH). Manage business requests for new or modified reports and functionalities.

• SIMAH, SADAD and Group IT Applications team relation and coordination.
• Responsible of all Business reports and Changes requirements gathering and delivery.
• Participate in all projects related to application to provide the required expertise and prepare for the handover and knowledge transfer.
• Liaise with other IT teams for capacity planning and systems requirements.
• Monitor applications and review daily reports to avoid any unexpected issues.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor degree in IT, or any related major.
• +8 years of banking experience.
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, SOI, Access and SAS.
• Good in verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
