This role is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of services to the customer. It is the responsibility of the Billing & Collection Specialist to adhere to the standard Baker Hughes billing & collection processes.


As a Billing and Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for:


·Facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.


·Processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping.


·Being accountable for coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair, and Accessory shops.


·Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate the status to the customer.


·Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.


·Completing customer and internal paperwork


·Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.


·Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team


·Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.


·Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:


·Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business field, preferably in Finance or Accounting.


· Be a recent graduates with 2+ years’ experience in Billing and Collection, Finance or Accounting, preferably from Oil & Gas Industry.


·Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing high volume invoices is preferred.


·Have compelling oral, and written communication and interpersonal skills.


·Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.


·Ability to be flexible and be available as per business needs
