BIM Helper Section Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BIM Helper Section Head. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of BIM helpers and assisting with the coordination and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and mentor a team of BIM helpers in the creation and maintenance of BIM models.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and guidelines.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of BIM tasks.
4. Train and onboard new team members on BIM software and processes.
5. Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
6. Coordinate with other departments to integrate BIM data into project workflows.
7. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide support to team members as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
9. Prepare reports and documentation on BIM processes and outcomes.
