We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Specialists for Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing functional related BIM models and producing accurate and high-quality construction documentation.
Professionally develop and maintain related functional BIM models using Revit software,
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project completion,
Create accurate and detailed design drawings and models along with other construction documentation for functional related systems,
Perform clash detection analysis and provide solutions to mitigate conflicts,
Review and coordinate design changes with project managers and other engineers,
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as local and national codes and regulations,
Participate in design meetings and provide technical expertise as needed,
Prepare and present project progress reports to functional head.
Must have Bachelor's degree in functional related engineering,
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the functional related engineering / construction field BIM modelling are required,
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is required,
Proficiency in Navisworks software is required,
Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud software is required,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
The ability to work independently with minor guidance.
