The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective business continuity program within an organization. The roles is tasked with identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, creating strategies to mitigate them[ZM1] , and ensuring the organization's ability to continue operations during and after disruptive events. The Manager will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement business continuity plans, conduct training and exercises, and provide guidance and support to business units across the organization.
