Contributes to the development of Resal Data Management strategy and leadership.
Develop and implement the Business intelligence process, procedures, and policies.
Gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of data.
Understanding business requirements and supporting decision-makers by delivering informative insights and solutions.
Data visualization, dashboards and management reports.
Identifying BI solutions/technologies that could be useful to the organization.
Advocate a Data culture.
Managing projects/budgets for BI.
Ensure access to data reporting tools and portals is granted to the right people for the right situation.
Data integration with other business applications.
Vendor selection/management.
Dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information system, statistics or equivalent.
7+ years of Business Intelligence experience
Experienced in Business Intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
Knowledge of data management/governance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Some project management experience within a BI department
Understanding of Advanced Analytics and Data Science
Experience in the Fintech industry is desirable.
