Civil Structural Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Manager to lead our team of engineers and oversee all civil and structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and designers to ensure project deadlines and goals are met
• Oversee the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects, including buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with codes and regulations
• Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff and project teams
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
• Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
