Role overview
To function as a Cold Chef De Partie (CDP) for the Calo Kitchen and work alongside the head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring orders and re-stocking. The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
